RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for store/online credit or exchange when postmarked within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Original tags must be on new, unworn clothing.
Custom items can not be returned unless there are documented damages.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or the merchandise cannot be returned.
Please include your receipt/proof of purchase in the return, otherwise it will be rejected by our returns department. (Proof of purchase includes the following: store receipt, online order receipt, PayPal invoice) If you’ve lost your receipt or have questions, please contact christe@jumblejoyboutique.com
Clearance items with a discount of 30% off or more cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. This also applies to all items marked “Final Sale”. For any questions, please contact christe@jumblejoyboutique.com
Returns cannot be made on custom items. (Anything that the customer has personalized)
Gift Cards and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with any sign of wear (makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains) will not be accepted for return.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held at the store. The item(s) can be mailed back to you with a future order or immediately for a $6.99 shipping fee. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity. We reserve the right to refuse store/online credit if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage not reported within 3 days.
How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
1) Email christe@jumblejoyboutique.com with your order number in the subject line. Please describe the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Please note whether you would like an exchange (same item) or store/online credit.
2) Wait for reply from returns department. If item was received damaged and meets all criteria above, you will receive a pre-paid return label. If you are local (Paducah, KY or surrounding area), we can arrange to meet to exchange item.
3) Once completed, please include your receipt/proof of purchase in all packages you are returning and ship your item(s) back to our returns department. (220 Peppers Mill Drive, Paducah, KY 42001) You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase.

RETURN PACKAGING
You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose.
RETURNS & PROCESSING TIME
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 3 business days of your returns arrival to our Returns Department. It can take up to 3 business days to fully process your return.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products or designs
- Customized items, except in case of damaged upon receipt
