FAQ

Custom Designs Made with Love

Find answers to your most common questions here, making it easy to shop at JumbleJoy Boutique with confidence.

Where is your store?

My store is currently home-based in Paducah, KY. Keep an eye out for a storefront coming later in 2025! Currently, pickups are done at my husband’s business in Lone Oak.

Do you make the t-shirts you sell?

Yes!! I personally make some of my designs (“JumbleJoy Exclusives”), but I also have design partners that I work with. I print and/or press all designs myself onto materials that I purchase from reliable distributors, the majority of which are U.S. based.

Can I request a custom design for a specific occasion?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating personalized unique designs for holidays, birthdays, weddings, and more.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days for non-custom items in their original, unwashed and unworn condition.

How long does it take to receive an order?

In most cases, small orders can be picked up within 1-3 business days. Larger or custom orders can take between 4โ€“10 business days to craft. Shipping adds an extra 3-5 days, so plan ahead if you can’t pick up. Address for pick up is: Paducah Driving School, 3331 Lovelaceville Rd, Unit A, Paducah, KY 42001, and is by appointment only.

What types of designs do you offer?

I specialize in themes such as holidays, birthdays, bachelorette, wedding, pet-inspired items, faith-based creations, family, clean humor, feel-good items, school, sports, and so much more. If there’s something specific you want, just send me a message and I’ll try my best to make your vision a reality!

What types of transfers do you use?

  1. Sublimation – ink is printed onto a special paper and heat pressed onto materials containing polyester, which the ink bonds permanently with. Sublimated items retain their original “feel”. Colors are vibrant on whites and light gray materials, and distressed looking on colored materials. We can not sublimate on black or dark materials.
  2. Screen print – Ink is pushed through a stencil onto plastic, which is then heat-pressed onto materials. Screen prints are typically one-color (black or white) but we also offer some “premium” color screen prints.
  3. DTF – ink is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto materials. DTFs are full color and very vibrant, and can be used on any material that can be heat pressed.
